Steve and Allicia Maestas

 Steve and Alliciahave been in the ministry for over a decade and have been married for 12 years. They have two children, Sage and Morgan. Steve is the Lead Pastor of The Refuge. He loves music and his favorite bands our Da’ Truth, Hillsong United, KB, Lecrae, Sleeping Giant, Sho Baraka and War of Ages. He recently finished his first book called Jesus and Porn. The books that have inspired him themost (besides the Bible) is Crazy Love, Velvet Elvis, Compelled by Love, Jesus of Suburbia, Normal Christianity and  Just like Jesus. His favorite  play sports and chill with the family.Allicia is the brains and organizer behind The Refuge. She loves to read any Karen Kingsbury books. To relax she loves to spend time with her family and read. The music she enjoys most is any song that can get her in the presence of God. She is a country girl (from North Dakota) but loves city life. Her favorite place to eat is Outback or any place with with good prime rib. Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11.

Jessica Prezkuta

Jessica loves writing, reading, painting, and hanging out. The books that have inspired her the most, unplanned, Save me from myself, Crazy Love, Blue Like Jazz and Searching for God knows what. The bands that rock her world, Lecrae, I am Alpha and Omega, and Hillsong. The place she loves to fill her stomach is Olive Garden.  Favorite  Qoute - “Plainly, I had become God’s friend and God wanted to talk to me. Vera Hergert

To relax Vera loves to bake and read. She loves any song that gets her into the presence of God. Her favorite song though is Boasting by Lecrae.  Her favorite place to eat is any restuarent that serves spicey mexican food. She has been married to Alan for 28 .  She has two God fearing Children Matthew (27) and Rachel (20). The passage of Scripture that inspires her the most is III John 1:4.
